Maui Property Tax Rates 2018/2019
Below you will find the breakdown for the Maui Property Tax Rates for the 2018/2019 year. You will notice that they added a new category for Short Term Rentals. This is slightly lower than the Hotel rate that was used in years prior. You will also notice that the rates decreased almost all across the board, except for Hotel which stayed the same. This is likely due to the large increase in rates from the 2016/17 - 2017/18 year.
